One of the things that we pride ourselves on here at Hornet Moving is the affordable rates that we are able to charge for our services. The following are some of our moving prices:
- Although we require a two-hour minimum, we only charge $100 an hour for two of our professional movers and the use of a 26-foot truck.
- If you need additional movers, we can supply them at $30 more an hour
- For an extra $100 each, we can move your piano or gun safe.
- We don’t begin billing you for our time until we reach your home. Additionally, we charge by the minute. This means that you won’t get charged for the time that you didn’t use.
- We do not charge any travel fees for local moves within Charlotte. If you are moving to South Park from outside of Charlotte, we charge $1.50 a mile.
- Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your moving service. If you cancel within 48 hours, we charge a $50 fee.
