Step 1: Choose Your Appointment 

Most moves take a couple of hours, up to a full 8-hour day to complete. Our team can help you estimate how long it will take to complete your move. However, we need to know how much we need to move, estimated weight, distance, etc., to provide an accurate estimate. Once you know how long it will take, all you need to do is select the date that works best for your schedule.

Step 2: Provide Us the Details

Once the appointment is made, please fill us in on the details. We’ll need to know how much we need to move and whether there are stairs/elevators at both the loading address and unloading address. We’ll need to know where we’re moving you from and where we’re moving you to. And, we’ll need to know if there are any appliances, pianos, heavy, or fragile items we need to move. We use this information to ensure we have the proper equipment to facilitate the move and to help our moving teams plan the safest methods of transporting your valuable possessions.

Step 3: Confirm

Once everything is in our scheduling system, we ask that you confirm the details for accuracy. Please check and double-check the information provided and make sure that the notes sections include any details we need to know about, i.e., security systems, dogs on the premises, damaged furniture, etc. This is our guide, and the more accurate the information you submit on the scheduling forms, the better the service we can provide.
